Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, and supporters of the ministry,
We thank you again for letting your heart moved to support us in prayer and financially, in these past two months.
From 29th of June to 4th of July we had the teenagers camp and we were blessed to see many campers committing their life to Christ. These teenagers from Fundulea, Valea Argovei, Florica Sinesti and Piteasca expected the camp with enthusiasm for fun and fellowship. But as the camp ended more of them were grateful for the way God searched their hearts and touched them with his love. I thank God that in this teenage period of their life when this world is the most attractive, God's love was made irresistible for them. Seven of these teenagers were from Sinesti. We pray and try to disciple those of them who are willing to follow Christ.
One day I had a chance to meet two missionaries sharing the gospel in Bucharest and the Lord blessed us to become good friends. One of them is David (first from the right, in the teenagers picture) who comes to serve with us in Sinesti, with children and teenagers, starting two months ago. I praise God for David's big help and for seing their encouraging ministry focus on evangelism and discipleship.
Vanea, our brother from Fundulea, had many complications with his health. For aprox. 9 years he had an infection in his right leg and the hospital was his second home. We prayed for healing but God had another plan. When the antibiotics didn't work anymore the only solution left was amputation. The doctors were avoiding this, but the last doctor who treated him was moved in her heart by God. She wasn't a believer but she told us with tears how she had a dream, 3 nights in a row and how she really must do something to help Vanea. The Lord showed Vanea that He is in control of his situation and we saw how he passed over all this tragedy with hope.
As I visited Vanea many times at the hospital I had the chance to share the gospel to his room mates and get friends with some of them. I praise God for this privilege. Nothing can be compared with the joy of bringing hope in a desperate heart, or faith in a doubtful person marked by suffering and pain.
In the places were we minister, we also had the chance to minister to people needs with haircut. The Lord provided all tools that we needed and a couple of us ( Ady, Robert and Gina ,from Fundulea, and I) who had this ability, organized a couple of days in which we called people at church and offered our help. We held this in 4 churches and a good number of people came. While cutting their hair we talked with them, then pray and gave them a New Testament. Praise God for the privilege of serving Him.
I thank God for you and your heart for our ministry with us. Please pray for us to be faithful in ministering to the spiritual needs of our church.
